Monte Carlo Restaurant is a family owned and operated establishment. At 15 years old, young butcher Filippo Carcioppolo came from Sicily to Brooklyn, NY to make a new life in America. In 1977, he moved to Lynchburg and opened Monte Carlo Italian Restaurant. He and his family are still the owners today.
